next level summer training program
June 11 - August 24 (11 weeks)
Summer Training Programs will focus on: Speed, Strength, Defensive Positional Work, and Conditioning/Flexibility.
Classes will be designed for each age group. Older players (13-17) will focus more on gaining muscle mass, flexibility, and speed as well as defensive work Younger players (9-12) will focus on ABC's of Athleticism (Agility, Balance, Coordination, and Speed/Strength) as well as flexibility and defensive positional work. |
1 Day/Week, there will be a day of taking Ground Balls and Fly Balls on a field working on Baseball Skills for Infielders, Outfielders, and Catchers

Ages 9-12 - Mon-Thurs: 8:30-9:30a Mondays – Core Strength Training @ Facility - Speed training, anaerobic exercises working on technique and quickness Tuesdays – Defense @ Baseball Field -Outdoor Infield/Outfield/Catching Skills Work with Aerobic Exercises Wednesdays – Core Strength Training @ Facility – ABC’s of Athleticism (Agility, Balances, Coordination, and Speed/Strength) Thursdays – Speed/Flexibility @ Track or Facility - Speed Training, Anaerobic Exercises working on technique and quickness Ages 9-13 - Mon/Wed: 6:30-7:30p Mondays & Wednesdays – Core Strength Training @ Facility – ABC’s of Athleticism (Agility, Balances, Coordination, and Speed/Strength).
